Employees were extremely flexible and contacted me within weeks of applying. First, I had a scheduled phone interview, and later a meeting at a nearby coffee shop. After the interview, the recruiter kept me constantly updated, and specified how many other candidates needed to be interviewed. I received notice I got the internship after a week or two. Overall, I would say the process was relatively organized.
