the first two interviews were pretty much the same, The questions were about the company formation process, different forms, what is a registered office address, service address, what is companies house, forms of limited companies. The first interview felt like interrogation, questions for about one hour, but it went well and I got called for the second with the director. The director asked me some random questions about the same topic, plus there was a written test, I had to write an email to a client. Even this one went pretty well and the director told me I was a top candidate, and I then had an interview with the just hired ( at the time) head of customer service. As he was still on training, we had a sort of informal chat and asked me about the clients I had to deal with.
