Ranger - Lifting Rigging Safety Business Development Manager interview questions

The director was supposedly sick so my interviewwas palmed off to a woman with zero people skills in the office. I showed up with lifting experience, well presented with energy and ready to interview. She was presented poorly and late. Kept her body turned away the whole time and I was talking to the side of her head. She knew nothing about me having never even looked at my resume before hand. It was rude and I was shocked. This is a small industry and a niche market where it can be a challenge to find people with the right experience. I was treated worse than a teen interviewing at Kmart. I almost left straight away but pushed through. Bland and generic questions all while looking down and away. Waste of my time. Of course her feedback to the recruiter was that gave generic answers and didn’t know much about the company. I matched her in terms of effort is what occurred. Their loss and the recruiter said they won’t be sending them anyone else.
