I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter regarding a position for an international client. During the call, she had very limited information about the role. The recruiter, Sara Marsalo, told me she would arrange a meeting with the hiring manager. A week later, having received no updates, I reached out to her. She replied that she was still waiting on the hiring manager’s availability, but I have not received any further communication since. I find this lack of follow-up and communication quite disappointing. To this day I still don't know what happened.
