The interview process at Ranstad was thorough yet enjoyable. There were multiple rounds, but each was conducted in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making the experience positive and stress-free. Ok!
They ghosted me after three rounds of interviews and collecting all my personal data and documents. Everyone from leadership to recruiters, offer management team to onboarding team collectively ghosted.
It was extremely unprofessional.
