First initial phone call, then 2 hours of psychometric tests online, then a second stage zoom call and finally a presentation.
Each stage was at least 1 week apart.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
