Everything started by an offer published in Infojobs. After several calls and phone interviews, you have to pass three more interviews with different recruiters. After it, I waited like 2-3 weeks and they called me to start right away next week.
The people at my office are great, they have this kind of tradition that on your first day you have to bring breakfast for all the crew, and it was great because I felt really welcomed and that it meant something more to have me in the office, not just another intern.

It was a straightforward process with only one interview as it was an intern position. It involved a video call and the interviewer asked about my career goals and why I was interested in Randstad.

Their recruitment team is quick to respond to my application and communicated thru email about my interview schedule. Then as an intern, I only had 1 interview with my unit manager.
