I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Randstad (Tokyo) in Dec 2018
Interview
Two interviews in total, first in Japanese and second in English. Both interviews were a pleasant experience, and the interviewers gave em a lot of time to explain my answers and to clearly justify my experiences and my capabilities. Hassle-free and fair interview, was able to see that interviewers clearly cared for their candidates and their employees.
