Ramsdens Financial interview questions

Competency based questions pretty straight forward process you need to prepare and know additional information for the company as what’s their values, what’s company CEO etc. Interview were really nice and approachable.

A short literacy and numeracy form is completed upon arrival whilst waiting to enter the interview room (calculator provided) and then the interview is conducted one-on-one with an area manager with some basic competency based questions.
