A short literacy and numeracy form is completed upon arrival whilst waiting to enter the interview room (calculator provided) and then the interview is conducted one-on-one with an area manager with some basic competency based questions.

I was offered an interview. We arranged a suitable time and date which was written down, including verbally confirming the details, during the phone call. I arrived at the interview to be told it had taken place the previous week and denied a chance to be interviewed.
