The interview process was rather usual. Everything began from sending a CV. The I was contacted shortly (after 2 days), and asked for an interview availability. In the end, the interview was in one week. I went to Rambler headquarters. It lasted around 3 hours, with a small break in the middle. Interviewers were quite lovely. We spoke about general programming issues, architectures and design patterns. Only one logical question was asked, which I answered quite quickly. I thought that it should be OK, but they chose someone with more work experience (3 months more than me).
