The selection process is: 1. Coding Test -- Got to here 2. 1st Interview 3. 2nd Interview I was not brought forward to the next stage from the online coding test. Details of test are in Interview Questions.

The coding test was run on Codility, took 2 hours, and was very difficult. The question was based around converting negative binary (base -2) to and from integer numbers and performing calculations on these, all done in an efficient manner.
easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
