First there was an initial screening call. I got an email to continue interviewing with 4 rounds of interviews with the team members and the hiring manager. Each interview ran for 30 minutes.

Q: How do you manage your time and stay organized?
I had heard good things about Ebates until I applied for them. They clearly do not value or respect their candidates.
The recruiter rescheduled me twice for a phone screening, then half an hour before the call, emailed me to say that they had already hired someone for the role.
If you are already in the final stages with a candidate, don't string other people along. It is completely unprofessional and shows the blatant disregard that the company has for its applicants and possibly, employees.
