Very poor. They took an online technical test. You could choose either Java / PHP I gave both thinking this would increase my chances. I was shortlisted for PI Personal interview was very lame. They asked me what projects have I done, how many people worked on them, how much time did it take to complete them, and what was my role. A 10 minute interview asking nothing sensible.
