The interviewers were constantly late to every interview. Interviewers showed up unprepared and more often than not had no idea what they were doing. Lastly the compensation was below market. The company claims to replace payday lenders (sharks), but the product is a payday lender? Odd.
First stage recruiter very scripted non human interaction. 2nd round with hiring manager . Then they ask for a case study in round 3 of the interview process. Don't work for free.
