they contacted me nicely, invited me to their office, they were kind, supportive, the interview was both personal and professional. it was a good experience, and I performed well, as they also mentioned. there was enough time to understand the role, and for them to understand my background

People, please don´t go on interview in this company! Whole interview process is just a SCAM! I was invited to the interview for role of Junior IT Manager, I had 6 rounds (!) of interviews (incl. IQ and knowledge test and presentation in front of mgmt), they were telling me I am their favorite candidate and that last round should be only formal. However, suddenly on the last day , when they should make final decision (I was in "waiting mode" for 2 weeks), some "very convincing candidate" appeared and I got refusal. Two weeks later they invited me for 2nd role of Senior IT manager. I was thinking if to go on interview, as my previous experience very bad, but it sounded optimistic. They told, I made very good impression for 1st role and there was only one final round and I will get feedback on the same day of interview or next day. And result? I was waiting next 5 days for their feedback and again got refusal, because "portfolio has changed". Please never ever go for interview with this company. The interview process is suspicious and you will be never employed, cause they employ just from internal sources or friends and relatives. All other external candidates are there just for their entertainment. I regret, that I lost 2 months of my life with them.
