Interview
Easy but expect a long couple of weeks. The interview was a video call and involves a panel of 2-3 interviewers. The questions were mostly behavioral and some experience-wise. Expect to undergo background checks and drug testing after acceptance of offer.
Very elementary questions almost like they were hiring an hourly warehouse worker. Interviewed with 3 ops managers that clearly should still be supervisors. Very young staff and it was apparent during the interview process.
