Applied via indeed, then heard back in a couple of days to invite me to an interfview, filled in a booklet with a few questions, quick interview with a recruigter from Foresight (agency job), then listened to calls, answered a pretend call with one of the staff members, you were mostly told what to say for this so it was very easy. Then a quick interview with the manager who was lovely, just basic questions about working customer service, strengths, weaknesses, ect.
