The Recruiter emailed me and set a time and date for my interview call that would fit my schedule, however, make sure to have lots of free time around the scheduled hour, since the delay was about 3 hours

Mostly necessary amends for working with them - Availability to start training at a given date, which shift could you be working, do you have space for the PC setup they will send you to fill safety concerns, what is your internet speed so you can work remotely, How well you know graphic design/DTP softwares and why would you like to work with them.
