1 hour prescreening + 1 hour background +1 hour discussing take home exam. It was a very curious process overall. During the entire process, they never asked a single technical question which was odd. This honestly made me wonder if they have strong technical experts in the company. Not a single question about typical display technology or color science. They kept asking me about how the website could be improved but the position was for testing procedure development. The same question was asked by three different people during each of the interview process.
