from application to decline took 5 weeks. They lead you on with tid bits of information, they dont tell you the salary, they string you along for a very long time.. Phone interview with polish home office, then a math test before another interview with the local manager, then you are given a presentation task with the local manager and the area manager..

Thorough and considerate selection process, focused both on the people's aspect and the necessary knowledge for good execution of the role. Recommended to have good knowledge of data, performance marketing as well as the commercial business aspect.

2 entrevistas com RH (uma mais pra conhecer a empresa e outra entrevista mesmo). 1 entrevista com lider, 1 entrevista com head, as duas parecidas, meio batendo currículo. 1 apresentação de case prático para diretor da matriz em inglês.
