RSR (UK) interview questions

Phone Interview- I did not take it much further than the initial phone screening interview and I still don't have regrets. Job did not advertise salary so I asked about the range on the phone which they could not provide me. They then invited me to come in for a full day's unpaid work BEFORE any official interview would take place (several weeks later). I have seen the job get posted again at least twice since this happened so this hiring technique doesn't seem to be working for them, however I value both transparency and my time. I hope they learn to respect this about future candidates.
