You first do a phone screening with HR and then do a technical interview over the phone with a Senior Software Engineer and then have another interview with management.

What mechanism can be utilized to speed up data retrieval in SQL.
First there was a HR screen call with basic dev questions, which was followed by an online interview with a senior developer.
Afterwards, it was followed by an in-person interview with team manager and tech manager

The first round was a phone screening where I was asked several java-specific OOP questions. The second round involved 3 leetcode style questions that I had to solve in 90 min.
