Someone will call you over the phone for a quick introduction and see if you really fit the job then, they send you a Zoom meeting for the interview. The first interview over the phone is a quick one, introduce yourself and tell me more about your experience and they also explain the position for you and make sure you're intersted in this position

Interpersonal questions, like : Give me a situation where you had to break the rules to get the job done ? and more question in this pattern, it was all situations ,, also a situation where you had to think out of the box to solve a problem
Started with 3 phone interviews with hiring manager and peers. Onsite interview with 4-5 people Then offer was provided, overall pretty efficient process. HR was very communicative. Great company to work for.

Was awful
The person who interviewed me didn't even introduce himself
He had this cheesy smile all the time while interviewing
The interview didn't last 10 minutes
he was unprofessional and unskilled person
He asked silly questions and then he told me I don't fit , and I should focus on another career without asking me normal questions

Interview
Very good and thorough. A combination of individual and panel interviews that were informative and helpful. I enjoyed the interviews very much when I went through them and believe they were effective on many levels.
