      Account Executive Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

I interviewed at RPA in Jun 2024

      Interview

Not the greatest experience. it's disappointing that organizations use their services for marketing/communication needs, but their recruiters aren't the best at communicating. Prior to the call I was under the impression that it was going to be a simply met and greet. But turns out it was an interview. The recruiter did offer to reschedule when I was surprised and taken back by the direction the conversation was heading into, but never owned up to it. At the end the pay was extremely low, for the level of questions being asked.

Thanks for the feedback. Our recruiters are excellent communicators and are highly skilled and trained in interview protocol and our process. A tip for the future: any time you engage with any employee in an organization, you should treat it like an interview. Even a "meet and greet" is an opportunity to present yourself in a positive light and talk about your experiences. Wishing you the best, Laura
