I had a 30 minute screening call with a recruiter followed by interview with team. Very informative on company and available roles. Overall all, I have had a positive experience so far.
The interview process was good I really wish I could just see what everyone says about the company and not have to write at least 30 words because this makes no sense.

Interview
The process was not too lengthy. The first call I had was with HR to get to know my background and if I liked to hear more about the job and give feedback to the team. The next was an official interview with two supervisors/Directors. The Third interview was with one of the VPs of the Department.

"Can you explain the digital channels you have worked with? Can you also explain with programmatic tools used in campaigns and how you measured success?"
Thank you for your feedback. I agree that, in the past, our process has taken WAY too long and involved too many rounds. I would suggest giving us a try again in the future - we've worked hard to make our interview process a lot more efficient.
