No defined interview process, just a couple of "coffee chats". I was initially given a time for the first interview, but the confirmation came only hours before it was scheduled. During the interview, the first interviewer appeared unprepared—unprepared, and they didn’t have a clear understanding of the role’s priorities or reporting structure, nor what they were looking for in a candidate. In the second interview, the first interviewer introduced me to another team member but was absent throughout the discussion, responding to emails on-camera - when asked a questions was caught off guard because he wasn't present. The second interviewer didn’t seem well-prepared or familiar with the specifics of the role. No questions prepared, couldn't answer questions about their challenges and why they need to hire the role. Waste of my time and theirs. Never heard back.
