The interview process in RH Studio, unlike in other companies, felt more personal than just business forward questions focused on talent recruitment.
During my interview, it was the CEO, Chris Elisha, who personally interviewed me and although it felt tense at first, Chris gave this impression of being open and vocal when he sees good talent.
I appreciated how he gave me feedback immediately on my interview and then went on to ask questions that was personal and felt like a GTKY or Getting-To-Know-You phase. I think that made me feel like this would be different and that really made a difference and a lasting impression to me.
