Hirevue before Microsoft teams interview. 6 questions, three pre recorded video questions that asks about customer service. Video chat interview had 3 questions about experiences you had in precious jobs.

Describe a time you were faced with a problem and how you solved that problem through collaboration with others?
Very upbeat atmosphere. Gave me a sense of what it would be like to work there. A phone call, then a group appointment/orientation and then a one to one appointment.
