Just 1 interview with team manager to check english proficiency and analytical skill. They also asked situation based questions to determine how well you can handle a call.Over all very easy process
Very Insightful and Informative. Learned more about other candidates, RBC, and I was able to think outside the box to demonstrate my skills to the best of my ability. Excellent.

It was a two step process :- 1) Initial Telephone screening with HR 2) Viritual Group Interview with 5-6 team leaders and around 10 potential candidates. Got Offer by HR on the 3rd of Virtual Group Interview
