I recently interviewed with RBC and had the best experience. My first round was a phone call with a school alum and a zoom with another analyst. My superday consisted of three thirty minute zooms where all of the interviewers were very interested in my experiences and answered my questions well. This process showed how strong the culture is at the firm and made the decision to sign very easy!

Tell me about a time where you used technology to address a challenge or solve an issue
First round; very straightforward basic behaviorals and 1-2 technicals that weren’t very difficult to reason through if markets are followed. Relatively easy and very cordial environment that makes interviewer comfortable.

Interview process was very straightforward. Superday was 3 B2B2B interviews with senior members of the trading floor. Very conversational and genuine, wanted to know more about you. No real technicals, simply your opinion and though process through market related questions was key. Very easy process
