It was a two man panel. The first interview was a phone conversation thereafter followed the second interview after two weeks. The interview basically centers on how to handle process improvement by coordinating the activities of the developers, Testes and facilitating and implementation of the solutions.

is a three-person panel interview, and the lead business analyst was among them. the interview question was based on my resume and their and Job Description. it was a great interactive section, and why i did not get the job, i still don't know why.
It was a great interview with Daniel-IT manager at RBC bank. We did talk about so many things including latest technologies related to Artificial Intelligence and how can I help expedite some of the on going projects.
