Interview
I had 3 rounds of interview and also was given an assignment to complete. I did finish everything on my side. I reached the last round with the director and then never heard back with the acceptance/rejection.
Extremely unprofessional initial "interview" with recruiter. Got to the first round and the interviewee was yawning through the interview. The interviewee stated that it would take 3-5 business days to get a response but gave the rejection the day of the interview.
