Interview
3 interviews in total including a phone screening. There’s also an online test that you need to make after you apply. Recruiters are very friendly and they will make situational questions related to banking so having financial experience will be an asset.
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
