Interview
Applied online, got a phone interview and afterwards was emailed a screening form to complete. After that received a call to come in for skill testing. After that there was a 1:1 interview and after a week received the offer.
Online aspect with test on listening and capturing information. It can take up to an hour and it's done though the link they send. Pretty standard with other insurance companies and sales roles. They had a phone interview afterward and the interviewer was very friendly.

Interview process was smooth, a lot of personality quizzes and IQ tests. Phone interview was nice and easy... HR lady was super nice. Got a conditional offer within a few days
