First round is telephone interview with a recruiter, very nice lady, all behavioural questions.
Second round is an accessment center interview (I did it through video chat), 2 groups of interviews, each had 2 interviewers asking questions in turns. Behavioural questions, ask about the resume.

Question 1
If I am a 2-year-old, how would you describe what an algorithm is?
Few questions about myself and motivational type questions. This was followed by a case study question and a few technical questions to follow up my previous answer. The whole interview took approx 30 minutes.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews.
1. Phone interview with HR. All behaviour questions. Mostly typical interview questions, such as tell me about yourself? Tell me about a time when you face difficulties at work and how you overcome it?
2. Second round of interview is a face-to-face interview at RBC building at downtown Toronto.
