      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2014

      Interview

Applied online, received an online assessment a few days later. Then a week later called for a phone interview (lasted 30mins) and was told to come in for a 1:1 interview (lasted 1hr) the following week. Received an offer by phone 3 days later. Questions were similar in both interviews: 1. what do you know about this position? 2. why rbc? 3. short term goals? 4. Time when you couldn't sympathize with a customer 5. Time when you delivered exceptional customer service? 6. Are you comfortable with sales targets? 7. How did you hear about this opportunity 8. How do you deal with angry customers 9. Tell me about a time when you had to sell something a customer didnt ask for Hope this helps!
