Interview
There are three time-sensitive stages in the process. First, there is an initial online skills assessment and personality quiz. In the second stage, there is a video interview, where you will answer ~8 questions. They ask fairly standard interview questions. The format and questions asked mimic RBC's fullyprepped.ca site. [If you prepare using the site, you will be fine - preparation is key]. If you pass this stage you will be invited to a panel interview, likely to be held in one of the big cities, even if you applied for a different city. The panel interview is the final stage where they assess your interpersonal skills via group activities. They will observe your abilities in teamwork/collaboration, creative problem solving, and communication skills under time constraints.
4 step process. First they review your application. Then they send you an online assessment to gauge your personality. This is followed by an Online one-way interview where you can record your responses. Finally, there's a panel interview with some other candidates present.

After resume screening , they sent you an online assessment to test your memory and evaluate your personality. After that, there was a video interview asking you behavior questions. Finally, there was a group interview with other candidates.

Interview
First online assessment, and then self-paced interview, and then video interview, the last one is group interview (about 25 people and everyone has 30 seconds to persent for each section). It takes about 1 month.
