I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC
Interview
It was a group interview. You'll be split into teams to make presentations on selected topics. Once you pass the group interview rounds, there might be a casual interview depending on where you are sent; that could be the branch or advice centre. Either way the manager at the branch would like to know more about you and thats pretty much it. You'll get an offer letter.
