Interview
I was contacted via email by a recruiter. A phone interview was conducted, followed by an in person interview. A recruiter contacted me one day after my in person interview to offer the position pending employment checks. Employment checks went through in a week and offer letter was emailed.

Question 1
There was skill testing sent via email. Instructions are straighforward, do not do the test with distractions on you. Focus on sales quotas, how targets were achieved, productivity goals, how motivated of an individual you are. Sales is about a mindset, make sure your postive mindset shows through in the interview.
