      Client Service Officer Interview

      19 Sept 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2015

      Interview

It was though an agency. I applied for the position on an agency's website. I was then screened by the agency (interview, and skill testing). After I was screened and signed some forms agreeing to a background check, I then had a phone interview with an RBC employee. The interview was around 20 minutes.

      Client Service Officer Interview

      10 Jun 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in May 2012

      Interview

There were two individuals that interviewed me, a woman and a man. It was in a very small meeting room and the questions were generic; nothing much to write about here. Mostly strengths and weakness questions with examples. Where did I study, and what I liked about it, what was my biggest challenge, how did I overcome it, what did I have to offer that other candidates didn't?
