Enjoy their hiring process. Online assessment is very challenging yet enjoyable. I started with online assessment that took 1.5 hours, it involved lots of multiple questions based on your qualities, skills and previous job experience. Next day i got an email asking for digital web interview

You got a personal evaluation questionnaire, a webcam meeting, a test on your ability of following instructions, and a group interview. Every step is very clear and straight-forward.
