Interview
I had a preliminary interview with one of the directors, which was much more of a casual meet and greet. I was subsequently called in for a formal 2-part interview including a case study.

Question 1
In the first half of the formal interview, questions were mostly behavioural and to gain insight on personality. The second half included a non-traditional consulting case study in which you are walked through a role play scenario.

Interview
45 minute behavioural & 45 minute case interview (two interviewers each). Case was focused on consumer and commercial banking product development and process management. Behavioural was very much focused on 'fit' and culture.

What particular trends do you see shaping the future of banking
