Went through a recruiter through the company. I was asked many questions about my background and what I had done over my career. I was then asked to email my resume to the recruiter to be passed along to the HR department for review. Waited for a call back. It took only a few days to get a call back and asked to come in for an interview.

Interview
Very friendly and open. Had the opportunity to meet with owner and financial manager, also met with the person from Human Resources and another person from procedure implementation. company is in the process of becoming ISO certified. They were all very professional and paid attention to what I had to say. Feel pretty good about interview.
