3rd They review your CRM
4th Interview with hiring manager
5th Interview with Team Lead or CTO

They want to see if you can solve user / business problems and how you reason through them
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RANGR Data
Interview
1st round was recruiter. 2nd was the aptitude and SQL test. 3rd was the CRM round. Honestly it was a very smooth and communicative process overall UNTIL after I finished the CRM round. I received a pretty quick rejection after I turned in the project which makes me think they didn't even review it. Kinda disappointing and questionable after spending all that time that they don't give feedback on the project.
