After multiple rounds of time-consuming interviews and positive feedback with each interview, I was never contacted again. It was confusing and unprofessional to not receive a decline notification. It was an overall disappointing experience as the hiring managers seemed wonderful and the company has an inspirational mission. Take note that you can put a lot of time and energy into your interviews, even make it to the final round of interviews, and never hear from them again. Now, this could have been a recruiting mishap but either way, good for other candidates to know.
