I applied online. I interviewed at Quick Release (Birmingham, England)
Interview
A multi-stage process to get to the Assessment Centre. The assessment was online (which I appreciated as a student) and the communication up to this point was amazing and very personal. I had to give an individual presentation, then work as a group to allocate funds for a theme park, then do a technical exercise. I had already successfully completed an Excel technical exercise, but this one was much harder and I didn't really know what I was doing. They gave feedback afterwards which was appreciated and overrall it was a good experience!
Many time-consuming rounds—self recorded interview, then group interview with 30 people where they give you teamwork tasks and a confusing spreadsheet task, and then a final in person interview. Unnecessary for a relatively low salary. I mentioned I needed visa sponsorship and they strung me along until the end, and when I received an offer said that they could not offer visa sponsorship, ultimately wasting my time.
