Good interview process, I was interviewed with a lot of persons. Looks they have a very refined flow to bring peoples to their company.
They focus more in soft skills questions than in technical questions. So you need to be prepare for aptitude and behavior questions instead of very technical questions.
First interview (phone call) with the Talent Acquisition guy, to know about me. Then a couple of video interviews with one of the directives.
The final interview last around 5 hours jumping from one video call to another with different persons on the company.
The process was a little tedious due to the scheduling was too tie in time between one interview and the other. In every of those interviews they asked me the same questions over and over. Looks like you need to impress to every one in the company in order to be hired.
Company looks good and looks like they have a very good culture and take their time to bring good peoples, but they need to improve their interviewing process.
In general was a good process and I enjoyed.
