I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quartermaster Home (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2025
Interview
The virtual interview experience felt cold and distant from the very beginning, for reasons that weren’t clear.
Research had been done thoroughly ahead of the conversation, and the discussion included relevant experience in sales, support, and marketing all of which aligned with the role’s requirements. There was a genuine interest in the opportunity and a strong effort made to engage professionally.
Interviews should feel fair, giving every candidate a real chance. Unfortunately, this one did not feel that way.

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn. I heard back from the recruiter about 2 weeks after. The first round was the typical phone chat with the recruiter. The next round was a video chat with the CTO of the company. After that, I had a technical interview with a senior member of the devops team. I didn't get past this point however.
