Starts with a phone call with someone from HR to introduce yourself to the company. Then a coding assessment follows. They take into account that scala is not a langauge you may know, so dont worry about getting everything 100% correct. Feedback is given from the engineering team. A 2 hour final interview is then scheduled which inculdes more in depth feedback of the coding assessment. The 2 hours may seem daunting at first, but its easy to use up all of the allocated time. You get to ask the interviewers questions anyhting regarding the company, their work progression, and their personal experience. Overall I found the process was structred and I was able to ask my person from HR any questions. She made this process as smooth as possible.
